Karl Robinson says his squad are in buoyant mood ahead of the trip to Bramall Lane but knows they will have to be at their best to come away with a positive result.
The fourth-placed Dons and fifth-placed Sheffield United are separated by just three points in the Sky Bet League 1 play-offs.
“We are full of confidence,” he told the media. “It’s a big game because we are going to Bramall Lane to play Sheffield United.
“We understand there is a lot of hype around this game because how well both teams have done, but Saturday’s game was just as big.
“You don’t get anything easy at Bramall Lane, we know that. It will be a hard-fought game and they are in good form too.
“They have a number of players in their group which are very effective at this level and we are looking forward to the challenge.”
