Robbo reaches 250 games

29 December 2014

Manager Karl Robinson took charge of the Dons for the 250th time on Sunday, against the same side, Walsall, that he faced in his first match.

Robinson, currently the third longest-serving manager in the country, was appointed first-team boss back in May 2010 at the age of just 29, which at the time made him the youngest manager in the Football League.

Ironically, the former Liverpool youth academy coach’s first competitive game as a manager saw him take on Walsall – the same side he faced in his 250th game this past weekend.

During his four-and-a-half seasons at stadiummk, Robinson boasts a win percentage of 46, having led the men from MK1 to 115 victories in his 250 games.
