Tom Hitchcock helped Fleetwood Town to a 2-0 victory on Sunday afternoon, while Harry Hickford provided an assist in his second game back with Chelmsford City.
Hickford, meanwhile, was named in the Chelmsford side for the second straight time when they travelled to Staines Town. The 18-year-old, who spent time on loan with Clarets at the end of the 2013/14 season, made his 'second debut' on Boxing Day.
Despite falling two goals behind in the first half, Hickford and City fought back in dramatic fashion to win the game 5-3 and take a valuable three points back to Essex.
Hickford played his part in their fifth goal, carrying the ball deep into the opposition half before laying on for Michael Cheek, who finished past the Staines goalkeeper.
Elsewhere, Will Summerfield featured as a substitute for Arlesey Town as they went down 3-0 at Weymouth.
Charlie Burns’ Truro City weren’t in action on Sunday but do play on New Year’s Day.
