MK Dons regrets to announce that the Shuttle Service will not be operating on a matchday for the foreseeable future.
The numbers that use the service do not support the level of expenditure incurred by the operator, meaning it is proving financially unviable to continue in its present format.
Due to the short notice, the Club have arranged to provide a replacement mini-bus service for the Gillingham fixture only, leaving from JD Wetherspoons on Midsummer Boulevard (next to Chiquitos) at 1.30pm, 2pm and 2.30pm. This will also call at MK College, Chaffron Way, en route to stadiummk.
The return service will leave from the drop-off point near DW at 5.15pm and 5.45pm.
There will be no pick-up point from the Milton Keynes Central Station & Bletchley Station due to major engineering works at Watford Junction.
Meanwhile, there is also an alternative bus service – Arriva 1 – which stops at Milton Keynes Central Rail Station via the City Centre (35 and 05 minutes past the hour), Oldbrook and the Hospital en route to Grafton Street, adjacent to the stadiummk entrance. It then continues to Bletchley Bus Station. Please ensure you leave enough time for your journey.
The return journey leaves the Granby, Grafton Street stop at 13 minutes and 43 minutes past the hour.
The Club will continue to explore other options that may result in the reinstatement of the Shuttle Service.
