Giorgio Rasulo made his first career start in Monday’s 2-2 draw with Brentford and the young forward is now eager to build on that achievement.
The 17-year-old started as the ‘number 10’ in Karl Robinson’s starting XI and played his part as the Dons came from behind to secure a memorable point and put an end to their winless run at home.
“We’re very pleased with the result,” Rasulo told MK Dons Player. “Coming off the back of two losses we had to get that result and we’ve taken it on our shoulders and come into the game and done really well.
“I’m also thankful (to have made my first start). It’s what I’ve wanted to do since I was kid and it was my next target, so I can tick that off the list.
“The lads have really welcomed me in which has been important because coming into this environment can be hard. Hopefully, now, I can move on from here."
