MK Dons will travel to Stevenage in Round 2 of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy, the week commencing 7th October.
Karl Robinson's side booked their place in this stage of the competition with a comfortable 2-0 victory over Northampton Town earlier this week while the Boro made it through courtesy of a bye.
The last time they met, the Dons were victorious last time out, defeating Graham Westley's men 2-0 on the final day of the 2012/13 season.
The two teams will do battle next month just ten days after they face each other in Sky Bet League 1.
