David Martin returns in goal this afternoon as one of two changes made by MK Dons boss Karl Robinson for the visit of Walsall.

Martin has played just 45 minutes of football since 5th October due to a calf injury but the Dons’ number 1 is declared fit enough to start between the sticks today. Ian McLoughlin, who deputised in his absence, will drop to the bench.

The other change for the Dons sees Northern Ireland international Lee Hodson replace Jon Otsemobor at right-back. Hodson will join Jordan Spence, Shaun Williams and Dean Lewington in defence today.

Elsewhere the Dons remain unchanged with Ben Reeves and Darren Potter continuing as the midfield duo behind an attacking trio of Daniel Powell, Luke Chadwick and Jason Banton. Patrick Bamford is the loan striker up-front for Robinson’s side.

On the bench for the Dons today are McLoughlin, Otsemobor, Tom Flanagan, Alan Smith, Izale McLeod, George Baldock and Samir Carruthers.

Dean Bowditch (hip), Antony Kay (hip), Dele Alli (ankle) and Stephen Gleeson (calf) all miss out through injury.

MK Dons (4-2-3-1): Martin; Hodson, Spence, Williams, Lewington (c); Potter, Reeves; Powell, Chadwick, Banton, Bamford.

Subs: McLoughlin (GK), Otsemobor, Flanagan, Smith, McLeod, Baldock, Carruthers.
