Midfielder Stephen Gleeson returns to the starting XI as MK Dons manager Karl Robinson makes three changes to his side.

Gleeson has been out of action for last three weeks due to a calf injury but is passed fit to return alongside Darren Potter in the centre of midfield today.

Robinson’s other two changes see goalkeeper Ian McLoughlin step in to replace the injured David Martin and striker Izale McLeod given a rare start up-front.

McLeod will play as the lone-striker ahead of leading goalscorer Patrick Bamford, who will occupy the number 10 role this afternoon with Luke Chadwick sidelined because of a bruised foot.

Elsewhere, the Dons remain unchanged with Daniel Powell and Jason Banton continuing out wide while Jordan Spence and Shaun Williams remain as the Dons’ defensive pairing after the former was given permission to play by West Ham United. Lee Hodson and Dean Lewington are the full-backs.

On the bench for the Dons this afternoon are Jon Otsemobor, Tom Flanagan, Alan Smith, George Baldock and Academy trio Charlie Burns, Brendan Galloway and Giorgio Rasulo.

Dean Bowditch (hip), Antony Kay (hip), Dele Alli (ankle), David Martin (calf), Ben Reeves (calf), Luke Chadwick (bruised foot) miss out through injury. Loanee Samir Carruthers is also not available having not been given clearance to play by Aston Villa.
