Gareth Southgate’s Young Lions recorded a 3-0 win over their Finnish opponents to go three points clear at the top of their UEFA European Under-21 Qualifying Group.
Goals came courtesy of Michael Keane and a brace from Saido Berahino as England made light work of Finland, who had Patrick O’Shaughnessy sent off with 20 minutes remaining.
