The Dons will travel to Chesham on Tuesday night; kick-off 7.45pm, with a starting XI comprising of a number of first team and youth team players.
Ian McLoughlin, George Baldock, Tom Flanagan, Jason Banton and Izale McLeod, fresh off the back of his brace against FC Halifax Town in the FA Cup, will all start for the Dons.
Brendan Galloway, who scored his first senior goal for the Club in Saturday’s win, and Giorgio Rasulo, who came off the bench in the same game, will also feature for the Dons as Chesham.
Calor League Premier Division side Chesham come into the match in a superb run of form having won 10, drawn one and lost one of their last 12 matches.
Chesham currently sit top of the table and are four points clear of second-placed Hemel Hempstead Town and will be a stern test for the Dons. In 2008 Chesham won the Berks and Bucks Senior Cup as they beat Wycombe Wanderers in the final.
Dons forward Alan Smith and goalkeeper coach Paul Heald will once again take charge of the side from MK1.
