Referee Jeremy Simpson will take charge of the Good Friday clash between Hartlepool United and MK Dons at Victoria Park.
Mr Simpson has taken charge of 22 games this season across the Championship, League 1 and League 2 and in the process he has shown 69 yellow cards and dismissed four players.
The Lancashire-based official is in his second year as a Football League referee having made the step in 2011.
It is the first MK Dons match Mr Simpson will have taken charge of. His last appointment was almost two weeks ago when he marshalled the League 1 meeting between Walsall and Coventry.
