Ref Watch: Crewe Alexandra

Tim Robinson will be the man in the middle for the Dons’ re-arranged clash with Crewe Alexandra this Tuesday evening.

Mr. Robinson only began officiating in the Football League this season and will take charge of his first ever Dons game tomorrow night at the Alexandra Stadium. The whistle-blower was scheduled to marshal the original fixture between the two teams.

The rookie, who has yet to referee a match featuring the Railwaymen either, has shown a total of 55 yellow cards and two red cards in the 23 fixtures he has overseen this campaign.

The West Sussex-born man’s last appointment was on Saturday 9th March, when he umpired in Tranmere Rovers’ 1-0 victory over Oldham Athletic at Prenton Park. Robinson booked four players that afternoon, two on each team.
