Already pay by Direct Debit? Then we will renew your season ticket automatically.
If you currently pay for your season ticket by direct debit then we will automatically renew your season ticket for 2012-13 season with the first payment taken from your account on 30 April 2013.
We will send you a letter separate to this brochure detailing the new payments for 2013-14 for you and anyone else’s season ticket paid on your direct debit mandate.
When you receive this letter, please check that the both the payment and bank details are correct and advise any amendments to us by 28 March using the form which will be provided with the separate letter.
If your season ticket is paid for by someone else then the new direct debit details will be sent to that person. Please confirm with the person who pays for your season ticket that they have received the notification and again ask them to check that the details are correct.
If you wish to move to a new area of the stadium or add or delete other people to your DD mandate then call the Box Office and we will give you a new quotation and amend your monthly payment details.
You can also choose to add Young Dons Membership, MKDSA Membership, Seat Plaques, MK Dons Player and Car Parking to your monthly direct debit payment.
If you do not wish to renew for next season then please let us know by Thursday 28 March and we will cancel your DD before your first payment becomes due on 30 April 2013.
Your last payment for the 2012-13 season will be made on 28 March 2013.
We will again automatically renew your season ticket for 2014-15 unless we receive other instructions from you.
PAY BY DIRECT DEBIT – YOUR EASY GUIDE
HOW CAN I APPLY TO PAY FOR MY HOME SEASON TICKET BY DIRECT DEBIT?
Just complete the Direct Debit Installment Plan on the season ticket application form and return all the paperwork or call us on 01908 622900.
If you do not have a bank account then another person can pay for you using their bank account whether or not they are a season ticket holder. All details regarding the direct debit plan and payments will be sent to the bank account holder only.
CAN I PAY FOR MORE THAN ONE HOME SEASON TICKET BY DIRECT DEBIT?
You can add family and friends to one direct debit mandate.
Simply attach all season ticket application forms to one Direct Debit Installment Plan. All information regarding payments will be sent to you and not the other season ticket holders in order to protect both you and your bank.
WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT?
If you renew or apply for a 2013-14 season ticket before 12 April 2013 then you can spread the cost over 12 months. Your first payment will be deducted from your bank account on 30 April 2013
with subsequent payments collected on the last working day of each following month. The final payment will be collected on 31 March 2014.
CAN I CHOOSE THE DIRECT DEBIT OPTION IF I APPLY FOR HOME SEASON TICKETS AFTER 12 APRIL?
YES! You can choose from two options.
1) Calculate the number of months remaining until March 2014 and spread the cost over the remaining number of months so that the last payment becomes due on 31 March 2014.
2) Calculate the number of months remaining until March 2014 and pay the monthly cost as indicated on the pricing grid with the difference payable upfront.

13 Apr – 10 May One month payment up front and then pay the monthly cost OR spread the total cost over 11 months.
11 May – 12 June Two months payment up front and then pay the monthly cost OR spread the total cost over 10 months.
13 June – 12 July Three months payment up front and then pay the monthly cost OR spread the total cost over 9 months.
13 July – 12 August Four months payment up front and then pay the monthly cost OR spread the total cost over 8 months.
13 Aug – 12 September Five months payment up front and then pay the monthly cost OR spread the total cost over 7 months.
