Gary MacKenzie and Daniel Powell both start for the Dons, as Karl Robinson makes three changes to his starting XI.
MacKenzie, who hasn't featured since limping off early during the FA Cup victory over QPR, replaces Mathias Kouo-Doumbe in the centre of defence while Powell comes in for Adam Chicksen, who drops to the bench along with Kouo-Doumbe.
Powell, then, will take up a position on the right-hand side of an attacking three, that also includes Ryan Harley and Dean Bowditch. The Dons' only other change sees striker Alan Smith take the place of the suspended Ryan Lowe.
Another positive for Robinson is that he is able to name the instrumental Luke Chadwick in his squad for the first time since early December, with the former Manchester United man amongst the substitutes. Elsewhere on the bench there is room for Izale McLeod, Tom Flanagan and George Baldock.
