Darren Potter returns from suspension to feature against his old side as MK Dons take on Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux this afternoon.

Potter, along with his midfield partner Stephen Gleeson, makes his first return to his former hunting ground in a starting role for the Dons. The re-indroduction of the midfielder is one of two changes to the side which beat Dover Athletic in the FA Cup last week.

The other change sees Dale Jennings come back, after missing out due to being Cup-tied last week, to make his second appearance since joining the Dons on-loan from Barnsley.

Once again Patrick Bamford will lead the line for Karl Robinson’s side with support coming from Jennings, Samir Carruthers and Ben Reeves.

The other positive news for the Dons is the addition of Antony Kay to the bench. The defender has been out of action for three months following hip surgery and is named in Robinson’s seven-strong bench this afternoon.

Under-18 midfielder Brendan Galloway is also named on the bench for the Dons.

Wolves: Ikeme, Ricketts, Batth, Stearman, Golbourne, Henry, McDonald, Edwards, Sako, Doyle, Griffiths.

Subs: Hennessey (GK), Ebanks-Landell, Davis, Price, Jacobs, McAlinden, Cassidy.

MK Dons (4-2-3-1): Martin; Hodson, Spence, Williams, Lewington (c); Potter, Gleeson; Carruthers, Reeves, Jennings; Bamford.

Subs: McLoughlin, Flanagan, Smith, Baldock, Banton, Galloway, Kay.
