MK Dons will travel to current holders Wigan Athletic in the Third Round of The FA Cup with Budweiser, the weekend of the 4th and 5th January 2014.
The Latics, who appointed former Brentford boss Uwe Rosler as their new manager on Saturday, will begin the defence of their FA Cup title against the Dons, who have seen off two non-League sides to make it to this stage of the competition.
Wigan won the country's most prestigious cup competition for the first time in their history last season, with an unforgettable 1-0 victory over Manchester City at Wembley Stadium.
The tie will take place over the first weekend of the New Year. As a result, the Dons' scheduled League trip to Crewe Alexandra will have to be re-arranged.
