Graham Salisbury will take charge of this weekend’s match between MK Dons and Bristol City.
Lancashire-based Salisbury has been a Football League official since 2001, refereeing of eight games involving the Dons during that time.
In the eight Dons matches he officiated in, Salisbury showed 32 yellow cards and one red card, which was given to on-loan defender Adam Smith in a 2-1 defeat to Sheffield United in 2011/12. Salisbury’s most recent Dons appointment was the New Year’s Day victory over Notts County last season.
Including that game at Meadow Lane, the 50-year-old official umpired 43 matches this past campaign, booking 137 players and sending off six.
This season, Salisbury has already racked up four appearances, officiating two Championship matches, one Capital One Cup tie and, most recently, a League Two fixture. Salisbury has brandished 11 yellow cards this season but has yet to show a red card.
