Karl Robinson makes one change to the side that beat Hartlepool United on Friday, replacing Alan Smith with Chris Lines.

Lines, who has impressed since joining on loan from Sheffield Wednesday in January, will take up the ‘number 10’ role in-between Patrick Bamford and Dean Bowditch, with stand-in Stephen Gleeson and Darren Potter continuing in the centre of midfield.

Elsewhere the Dons remain unchanged with Jon Otsemobor and Mathias Kouo-Doumbe keeping their places at the back along with Shaun Williams and Adam Chicksen. Ryan Lowe is the lone striker.

Duo Luke Chadwick and Daniel Powell will be looking to make an impact from bench as they continue their recovery from respective hip and hamstring injuries while Smith and George Baldock are also amongst the replacements.

Under-18 midfielder Dele Alli is also named as a substitute upon his return from international duty and he is joined by fellow youngster Brendan Galloway, who made his first League appearance of the season last Friday.

MK Dons (4-2-3-1): McLoughlin; Otsemobor, Kouo-Doumbe, Williams, Chicksen; Potter, Gleeson (c); Bamford, Lines, Bowditch; Lowe.

Subs: Smith, Powell, Baldock, Alli, Galloway, Chadwick.

Brentford: Moore, Forshaw, Craig, Dean, Douglas (c), Donaldson, Trotta, Logan, Forrester, Diagouraga, Bidwell.
