MK Dons FC and the Sport and Education Trust (SET) are  have engaged with all 13 secondary schools in Milton Keynes and a large number of primary schools this season with nine dedicated matchdays as part of the ‘Schools Big Days’ campaign.

As part of this campaign, the SET and MK Dons delivered a range of projects and activities in partnership with schools in Milton Keynes including a host of competitions including a poster competition, a poetry
competition, matchday reporting, matchday photography and matchday videoing competitions alongside pre-match and half-time entertainment provided by students in the cluster area.

The Dons also organised a visit from an MK Dons first team player for a total of 50 schools in the local area. The campaign also saw over 2000 people from Milton Keynes snap up a ticket for their school’s designated Big Day with over 80 schools in the city alone being added to the club’s Group Ticket Rewards project.

For more information about how your school can be involved with next year’s events and how Group Ticket Rewards can benefit your school, contact the club’s GTR co-ordinator at either tony.hawkins@mkdons.com or on 01908 622970.
