Karl Robinson makes one change to the starting XI that beat Blackburn Rovers on Tuesday night, Ryan Lowe given the nod up top ahead of Charlie MacDonald.
Elsewhere remains unchanged, with double-goalscorer Luke Chadwick continuing in the centre of an attacking three in front of the reliable Darren Potter and Stephen Gleeson, who retains the captain’s armband in place of the banned Dean Lewington.
The Dons welcome back Antony Kay from his three-match suspension but he can only earn a place on the bench, alongside the Club’s newest recruit Jimmy Bullard. Jabo Ibehre misses out due to illness as well as Mathias Kouo-Doumbe who only returned to training this week.
Carlisle also make one change from the side that earned an extra-time victory over Ipswich Town in the week with loanee Jake Jervis coming in to partner Danny Cadamarteri up front in, replacing Paul Thirlwell.
Carlisle’s side also includes former-Don Jon-Paul McGovern who starts on the right-hand side while deadline day signing Michael O’Halloran is on the bench.
