Defender Mathias Kouo-Doumbe will make his first start of the season in the absence of the injured Gary MacKenzie and the suspended Antony Kay.

On-loan midfielder Scott Allan also takes his place in the starting XI for the first time since joining the Club last month, replacing Daniel Powell who picked up a knock in last Saturday’s draw with Portsmouth.

Powell’s exclusion causes a re-shuffle in the front three, with Luke Chadwick moving out to left wing while Allan will play in the hole.

The only other change from last weekend is up top, after Alan Smith is given the nod to lead the line for the Dons.
