Mason Spence has been called up to the Wales Under-19 squad for their upcoming UEFA Under-19 Championship Qualifying Round
The Under-18s captain has been named in Geraint Williams’ 18-man squad for Wales’ triple header against Sweden, Slovenia and Russia from next week.
Spence, who made his first team debut last month in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy defeat by Northampton Town, will be alongside youngsters from Manchester United, Liverpool, Newcastle United and former Dons team-mate George Williams, who is now in the Fulham Academy.
October and two days later they will host Slovenia at the same ground.thThe Wales U-19 squad will travel to Slovenia, where all three matches will be played, on Sunday before taking on Sweden at the SRC Bakovci Stadium on Wednesday 10

Spence was called up to represent his national side last month and came off the bench to feature in a friendly against Germany.
