Seven Dons confirmed for Darts Night

Seven members of the first team squad have been confirmed for next Sunday’s Pro-AM Charity Darts night, which takes place at stadiummk.

Alan Smith, Antony Kay, Ian McLoughlin, Gary MacKenzie, Dean Lewington along with Alex Rae and Mick Harford have all purchased their specialised darts shirts, chosen their nicknames and decided on their entrance music, as they looked to be crowned MK Dons Player Champion in the Club’s first ever darts evening.

In aid of Prostate Cancer UK, the Football Leagues official charity of 2012/13, and the MK Dons Sport and Education Trust. the Clydesdale Bank Ballroom will play host to a cracking Christmas celebration of darts with former-PDC World Champions Adrian Lewis and Steve Beaton on board as well as the MK Dons representatives.

Sky Darts walk-on girl Nicola Cowell and PDC MC Paul Wills will also be in attendance with some exciting celebrity guests to be confirmed next week 

Doors will open at 4pm on the Sunday allowing fans the chance to watch the West Ham v Liverpool game which will be shown on the big screen prior to the darts commencing at 6pm.

Tickets for the event are still on sale from the Box Office, priced at £12 per head with season ticket holders entitled to a £2 discount. If you’re coming as a group, you can purchase a centre stage ‘Gold Table’ for £295 exc. Vat which will allow ten people to enjoy the event while also being treated to a Pie and Chips dinner – a perfect way Christmas works or office party.

All proceeds from the night will go to Prostate Cancer UK and the MK Dons SET with the various raffles, sweepstakes and photo opportunities providing supporters with a chance to raise money for two very worthy causes.

Please note that the event is open to Over-18s only and food and pitchers of beer will be served throughout the evening.
