Supporter Sean McGowan has been named the MK Dons Top Season Ticket Recruiter for 2012.
Sean has earned six months credit against his 2013-14 season ticket as well as qualifying for benefits such as lunch with Dons manager Karl Robinson, a personalised home shirt and a hospitality package for two at a forthcoming League 1 home match with seats in the Directors’ Box.
Not only that, Sean will also feature on team listings on the back of the matchday programme for the remainder of the season as well has have a spot on the team home page of the official Club website.
And while Sean claimed top spot, there were also several runners-up who will each receive a free home shirt and the use of an executive box for ten people for a forthcoming home League match. These are: Alex Grant, Paul Brown, John Laverick, Malcolm Poulton and James Toyer.
The initiative came as part of the “Football is a Simple Game, and so are our Prices” scheme which was unveiled for the 2012/13 season, which captured the imagination and proved to be a huge success. The club now has 5,698 season ticket holders for the current campaign – an 11% percent increase on last year’s number.
And there’s still time to add to that total by purchasing a half season ticket today for as little as £20 for under-18s and £174 for adults.
