MK Dons boss Karl Robinson has named his starting XI for the first time in the 2012/13 season.
The Dons’ season starts with a Capital One Cup first round encounter at Cheltenham Town at the Abbey Business Stadium. The Dons stick with their familiar 4-2-3-1 formation with Charlie MacDonald given the responsibility to lead the forward line with support from Luke Chadwick, who will start in the hole.
Further attacking assistance will be provided by Dean Bowditch and Luke Chadwick in a familiar front line-up for the men from MK1.
Stephen Gleeson and Darren Potter have both been given the responsibility to pull the strings in midfield while Shaun Williams drops into defence to assist Gary MacKenzie.
