MK Dons Women suffer defeat on the road…

5 September 2022

The second half began, and Charlie Bill made three changes to his side during the interval, in the hope to swing the momentum in their favour. Newman suffered a strong challenge which the referee deemed as a red card offence, Billericay were down to 10 players with 25 minutes remaining.

Substitute Leoni Miceli, a player who graduated from the RTC (Regional Talent Club) into the MK Dons Women’s first team, scored her debut goal for the Dons and halved the deficit.

Unfortunately, Billericay maintained their strong defensive display and claimed all three points.
