Concourse Seating
The main concourse around the Stadium MK can be accessed step-free, from Gates 1 – 5, with lifts available at Gates 6 – 8.

There are 164 spaces dedicated to wheelchair users, and 145 seats for ambulant disabled supporters all positioned in the back row at concourse level around every area of the stadium, each has an adjoining seat for personal assistants if needed. Seating is undercover, with easy access to bathrooms and catering outlets, and better still - unobstructed views onto the pitch!

Concourse Catering
All public catering kiosks on the upper and lower concourses are equipped with wheelchair friendly drop-counters.

RNIB Soccer Sight Sets
MK Dons are pleased to have several soccer sight sets, suitable for blind or visually impaired supporters. Every kick of the ball can be followed via our Milton Keynes Hospital Radio reporters. Please book your set prior to arrival by calling 01908 622933 or emailing boxoffice@mkdons.com, this is a free of charge service.

An induction loop is available inside the stadium and in the Box Office.

Wheelchairs
MKDSA have provided wheelchairs which are available for supporters to use on matchdays. They are available by contacting stewards at Gate 5.

Lift Access
Stadium MK is accessible via lifts from street level; this includes all areas of DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes, Marshall Arena, and Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill, as well as the lower and upper concourses of the Stadium interior.

Bathroom Facilities
Stadium MK has multiple accessible bathrooms around the Stadium, throughout the concourse, public areas, DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes, and Marshall Arena.

Changing Places Facility
Stadium MK is proud to have installed a fully-equipped ‘Changing Places’ specialist accessible bathroom facility on the South Stand of the concourse.

Situated on the stadium concourse by Gate 6, this facility meets the needs of people with multiple and complex disabilities, by providing adequate space for the disabled person and up to two carers.

Features include:
• Height adjustable, adult sized changing bench
• Wide tear off paper roll to cover the bench
• Ceiling hoist system
• A centrally placed toilet with space either side for the carers
• A washbasin
• A privacy screen
• RADAR key operated door

Stoma Friendly Toilets
Stadium MK has a number of Stoma friendly toilets, both in the home and away section. The Stoma Friendly facilities provide a safe, clean space, with clear signage to support those with additional needs.

The Stoma facilities feature:
• Hook on door – To hang clothing, handbags and luggage while changing stoma bags. This provides more space in the cubicle.
• Shelf space – To enable ostomates to spread out their items easily and avoid having to use unsanitary surfaces.
• Mirror – To enable users to see their stoma while changing their appliances.
• Disposal bin in every cubicle – To avoid embarrassment for men and women having to dispose of their stoma bag in public view.
• Accessible #stomafriendly toilet signage – To highlight the right of ostomates to use the toilet. Reduces risk of hostility for ostomates when using an accessible toilet.
