Season Tickets for supporters with a disability and wheelchair users are priced at the applicable age bracket.
The previous default of a ‘concession-based’ pricing policy for disabled season tickets will continue to apply for the 2018/19 season for those disabled Season Ticket holders currently in receipt of concession-based prices.
Season Ticket holders with a disability who are in receipt of the medium/higher Disability Living Allowance or Higher Personal Independent Payments are entitled to be accompanied by a FREE personal assistant throughout the season.
Both the Season Ticket and the personal assistants ticket will be issued in the same name, which provides flexibility for the personal assistant to be altered on a game-by-game basis.
Over 200 spaces are available for Blue Badge holders, of which 153 are allocated for seasonal permits for Season Ticket holders. Parking is FREE for Blue Badge holders but subject to availability.
New Season Ticket holders can apply for a seasonal parking space on the application form. Those who are renewing their Season Ticket will also have their seasonal parking space automatically renewed too.
There are 164 spaces dedicated to wheelchair users positioned in the back row at concourse level around each area of the stadium, with an adjoining seat for personal assistants. The flexible seating system allows for wheelchair spaces to be increased, if required.
There are also a minimum of 145 seats available for ambulant disabled supporters requiring level access in the back row on concourse level.
An induction loop is available inside the stadium and in the Box Office.
FREE Soccer Sight commentary is available for use by visually-impaired supporters within the stadium. Headsets can be booked by contacting the Box Office on 0333 200 5343. Headsets are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. The commentary is provided by Milton Keynes Hospital Radio.
All concession points inside the stadium have wheelchair friendly counter areas. Concession staff visit supporters sitting in row EE to offer a personal concession delivery service.
