Season Tickets for supporters with a disability and wheelchair users are priced at the applicable age bracket.
Season Ticket holders with a disability who are in receipt of the medium/higher Disability Living Allowance or Higher Personal Independent Payments are entitled to be accompanied by a FREE personal assistant throughout the season.
Both the Season Ticket and the personal assistants ticket will be issued in the same name, which provides flexibility for the personal assistant to be altered on a game-by-game basis.
Matchday spaces for Blue Badge holders are limited and should be pre-booked by visiting the Box Office, calling 01908 622901 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. The Club cannot guarantee an on-site parking space for Blue Badge holders who have not pre-booked. There are drop-off/pick-up points available outside Gates 4 and 7.
There are 164 spaces dedicated to wheelchair users positioned in the back row at concourse level around each area of the stadium, with an adjoining seat for personal assistants. The flexible seating system allows for wheelchair spaces to be increased, if required.
There are also a minimum of 145 seats available for ambulant disabled supporters requiring level access in the back row on concourse level.
An induction loop is available inside the stadium and in the Box Office.
