Walsh began his career with Swansea as a 15-year-old and in his first season at the Liberty Stadium, he helped the Under-18s to FAW Youth Cup glory.
Handed his first professional deal prior to the 2010/11 season, Walsh two appearances for the Swans before joining Crawley Town in August 2012.
Walsh, who scored on his Reds debut, featured 78 times in his first two seasons with Crawley, winning the top prize at the club’s end of season awards in 2014. His good form continued the following campaign and that led to his move to Stadium MK.
Initially joining the Dons on loan, Walsh made his transfer permanent last summer and, despite battling with injures, managed to feature 22 times. He also scored a superb winning goal in the 1-0 win over Reading.
His aims for this season will, no doubt, be to remain healthy and build on his positive performances.
