MK Dons FC Ladies - First Team Manager
Purpose of Role: To manage the Ladies first team at MK Dons FC (currently playing in the South East Combination League) for all match days and training sessions, to assist the coaches in planning and delivering training sessions.
To help develop and implement a technical / tactical player programme across both the 1st and Reserve team at MK Dons FC Ladies in order to help build a squad to challenge for promotion to the Women's Premier League.
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Responsible for:
• Implementing an appropriate training programme for all players
• Oversee coaching delivery for both squads
• Working with and progressing existing /new coaches, to help develop the Ladies section.
• Ensuring MK Dons FC Ladies, its players and coaches adheres to the clubs/ SET policies and procedures.
• Monitoring and evaluating the player and coach performance throughout the season.
• Working with the Girls and Women's Development Officer to offer an opportunity for females aged 16+ to participate at the appropriate level (including younger players progressing from the Centre of Excellence).
Key skills and experience required:
Desirable:
• UEFA B License (Level 3) / UEFA A License
Essential:
• Experience of coaching senior female players
• FA Level 2 (working towards FA Level 3 - UEFA B)
• Knowledge and understanding of child protection issues (for players Under 18)
• An accepted Enhanced FA CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) Disclosure
