MK Dons Sport and Education Trust is delighted to announce details of its Development Residential Training Camp in August 2010.
An intensive course open to players of all abilities and designed to take players to the next level, the residential training camps aim to improve players' technique as well as develop their understanding of team shape, defensive responsibilities and attacking principles using the Milton Keynes Dons FC philosophy.

The course also incorporates other aspects of the game including diet and nutrition workshops as well as analysing performance and a host of other aspects crucial to the game at the highest level.
Running from Tuesday 17th until Friday 20th August, courses are open to boys playing in the age groups Under-9s all the way through to Under-16s.
We also have a specific goalkeeper course which will focus on the technical, tactical, physical, mental and social elements of the game, developing players as individuals, as well as gaining an understanding of working as a team. The sessions look at positional sense, communication, handling, footwork, distribution, crosses, organisational skills, kicking, agility and flexibility.
The four-day course will be delivered by professional coaches at Milton Keynes Dons Sport and Education Trust, who work in our Development Centres, Elite Centres and Academy.
Any players who are performing at the required standard will have the opportunity to progress to our Elite Centre and, if applicable, our Academy.
Stowe School is the venue we have selected to hold our residential course and is a safe and secure venue set in a beautiful countryside. Boasting fantastic football and on-site facilities, it is the perfect venue for a fantastic learning environment and experience.
