AUTUMN/WINTER TRUST COURSES
Milton Keynes Dons Sport and Education Trust (SET) is delighted to announce details of its exciting Football and Multi Sports Programme for October 2008, Christmas & New Year 08/09 and February 2009.
Milton Keynes Dons SET continues to lead the way in coaching thousands of children each month in the city, in a safe and fun environment where children can learn and improve in football and various other sports.
All of our community coaches are experienced and qualified with the FA and other national governing bodies, CRB-cleared, MK coach-registered, trained in child protection, trained in first aid and attend ongoing staff development sessions and workshops organised by MK Dons and other national governing bodies.
Early Birds and Late Nights - We are offering the opportunity this summer for children to be dropped off early and collected late each day (8.30am - 5.30pm). Please see the leaflet for more details. Only available October and February half-term
Multi-Sports Camps - We are also offering children aged 7 - 14 years the chance to play football as well as take part in various other sports this October. Please see the leaflet for more details.
We have a course for everybody and, with our exciting football and multi-sports programme in place, it has never been a better time to be part of football in Milton Keynes.
Whilst attending our football courses, children will learn the techniques involved in playing the game including dribbling, passing, shooting and running with the ball amongst others. Whilst attending our Multi-Sports courses children will have the opportunity to play football, kwik-cricket, tag rugby, uni hockey and rounders.
Look out for the MK Dons mascots Mooie & Donny or the First Team players who regularly take time out of their training programme to visit SET participants for question and answer sessions on being professional footballers, autograph signings and photos pending their availability.
