Milton Keynes Dons Sport and Education Trust have football coaching vacancies available and are looking to recruit coaches to work within our expanding and successful community programme.

Formally Football in the Community, we have work available during the day, at evenings and at weekends. Coaching may include working in development programme, schools, on our evening centres, our holiday coaching programme as well as other activities.

For coaches looking to provide more advanced coaching we have coaching vacancies on our development programme which offers youth players professional coaching in a positive learning environment.

Applicants should have a good understanding of coaching and managing youth players.

Essential Qualities / Key Skills & Experience Required:

- Minimum Level 2 Coaching Football Award / Level 3 - Desirable
- Hold a current CRB clearance

Hold a Emergency Aid Certificate

Hold a Child Protection Certificate

Experience of working with players from ages 3-18 years
-
Ability to work with other coaches in line with the club's technical programme and syllabus.

Clean driving licence.

A willingness to have some flexibility in the hours worked would be an advantage.

An ability to inspire children of all ages

At present six members of staff have progressed from working with the trust into our Academy environment and 9 members of staff have been given the opportunity to coach in the MK Dons Girls Centre of Excellence.

10 full time posts have been created in three years. All 10 members of staff worked previously as part time coaches.
