Charlie MacDonald is a cut above the rest which is why local hairdressing salon Universal Hair Studios have chosen to sponsor him for the 2011/12 season.

The MK Dons striker, who joined the club in August from Brentford and became the first player for boss Karl Robinson to have paid a fee for, has had a huge impact on the pitch with six goals in 12 games.

Already establishing himself as a favourite with the Dons supporters, Charlie earned himself a new group of fans when he recently visited the Universal Hair Studios staff.

As part of their sponsorship package, Universal Hair Studios receive recognition in the matchday programme and on the big screen at stadiummk. They have also been given a framed signed shirt from Charlie.
