Defender Tom endured a busy season last year playing on loan in the Blue Square Bet Premier league, making his full debut for MK Dons and signing a new deal at the end of the year.
Tom, another member of the Dons to progress through the youth setup, is a talented centreback with a mature head on his shoulders and a love of playing the ball on the floor.
In his final apprentice year Tom suffered a broken leg that badly interrupted his season, after recovering Tom made his first team debut as a substitute at Carlisle United in February and was regularly involved with the first team setup for the remainder of the campaign.
His unfortunate injury prompted the Club to defer a decision on offering him a professional deal until September, which was duly awarded. To gain first team experience Tom spent a large spell of last season on loan with Kettering Town.
Tom returned from Kettering to make his full debut at home against Leyton Orient, and feature for the Dons again in the final day 2-1 win at Oldham Athletic.
