Scotsman Gary moved south of the boarder in July 2010 and proved to be a superb signing for MK Dons as he went on to become a rock in defence for Karl's team.
Standing at six-foot-four, the Lanark-born centre-back is expected to be an extremely powerful addition to the Dons side.
After starting his career with Old Firm giants Rangers, Gary was taken to Dundee by then-Dons first team coach Alex Rae in 2006. The Lanark-born defender went on to make 110 appearances for the Dens Park club, who finished runners-up in the Scottish second tier behind champions Inverness this past season.
Injuries and suspensions prevented Gary from featuring as much as Karl Robinson would have liked, yet he still managed to rack up 30 appearances for the Dons last season.
His physical presence in the backline adds plenty of muscle to the Dons' backline, but Gary is also a neat passer of the ball and will be looking to add more goals from set-pieces to his game.
