Now in his fourth season with the Dons, Liverpudlian Sean moved to Milton Keynes from Swindon Town during the summer of 2006, cementing himself as a first-choice member of the Dons defence.
Following knee surgery in the summer, Sean will miss he start of the 2009/10 season and is expected to return in the New Year.
He is a former England Under-20 international who started his career with Everton before moving to the County Ground in March 2004.
After two excellent seasons with the Robins, where he was made club captain, Martin Allen made powerful Seano a priority signing at the heart of his defence.
He made 138 appearances in his first three years in MK, weighing in with a respectable 13 goals, including the second in the 2008 Johnstone's Paint Trophy win at Wembley. Sean has also captained the side on a number of occasions.
His positional awareness, aerial dominance and downright bravery make him a horrible opponent for opposition strikers to come up against.
