HOW YOU'LL RECEIVE YOUR TICKETS
If your purchase includes postage your tickets will be mailed to you in due course.

If you are collecting your ticket from stadiummk you may pick them up prior to the fixture from the Box Office.

Please note: If you have purchased a ticket for a Saturday fixture collection can be made on the day, after 1pm at Gate 6 (Matchday Ticket Collection Point). If you have purchased a ticket for an evening fixture collection can be made on the evening, after 6pm at Gate 6 (Matchday Ticket Collection Point).

Any persons requiring disabled seating online please email boxoffice@mkdons.com.

CARD PAYMENTS
Credit card transactions are subject to a 3% surcharge. Charges do not apply to debit cards. Season ticket holders and members will not pay credit card charges.

To combat fraudulent card transactions, our online ticket website uses both card security code and postcode verification. Please ensure that the postcode you enter at the time of purchase is an EXACT match to the postcode on your card statement.

If your payment is rejected please use another card. DO NOT keep trying the same card as this will reserve the money with your provider and you may use up all your available funds.

Milton Keynes Dons Football Club cannot provide the reason for card rejections as this information is undisclosed by the card issuer.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All information, dates, times and prices are kept as accurate as possible but are subject to change.

- Tickets are non refundable, non transferable and cannot be exchanged once purchased. In some circumstances this can be considered at the discretion of the Box Office Manager, provided the complete ticket is returned intact to the Box Office at least 24 hours before kick off.

- Under 7s and Carers tickets CANNOT be purchased online. If you require either an Under 7s or Carers ticket, please contact the Box Office direct on 01908 622900 or boxoffice@mkdons.com

- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.In the event that a match is postponed the original ticket will be valid to gain admission to the re-arranged fixture.
