MK Dons will be in front of the Sky cameras again next month, after the visit of Charlton Atheltic in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy was selected for live coverage.

The Dons host the Addicks in the competition's second round, in a tie now confirmed to take place on Tuesday 5th October with a 7.15pm kick-off.

Having only hosted a live Sky broadcast this past Saturday, when Karl Robinson's men beat Hartlepool United in npower League 1, it will be the second time in quick succession that the Dons have come under the spotlight of television coverage.

And their record in front of the live cameras remains formidable - Saturday's win over the 'Pools making it just two defeats in 14 televised outings for the men from MK.

Ticket prices for the game and selling arrangements are currently being finalised, with further details to be released on mkdons.com shortly.

The Dons were paired with Phil Parkinson's Addicks in Saturday's second round draw live on Soccer AM, and will be hoping to improve on their recent record against the South London outfit.

Charlton won both the League 1 meetings between the two clubs last season - a 5-1 triumph at the Valley and a narrow 1-0 success at stadiummk.

But there will be ample opportunity for the Dons to set the record straight - the Johnstone's Paint Trophy encounter coming just seven days after the two sides lock horns in league action at The Valley.
