MK Dons fans will be among the first to get a glimpse of the new npower League 1 Trophy on Saturday at the televised game against Hartlepool United.
npower, the Football League's new lead sponsor, will have a strong attendance at the lunchtime encounter with the 'Pools, with the npower trailer and the npower girls at stadiummk to give supporters the lowdown on how they can save money and support their club through a number of npower initiatives.

And the energy saving experts will also be bringing their newly-designed silverware along - the trophy that will be presented to the division's title winners at the end of the 2010/11 season.
The new trophy has been designed specifically for npower by one of the UK's leading silversmiths, Ottewill. All three trophies (Championship, League 1 and League 2) have a new three-handle design and are silver plated with gold plated handles. The three handles 'swirl' around each cup is a design inspired by the 'energy waves' synonymous with npower. The League 1 trophy stands 750mm high and weighs 20kg.
npower have already made a strong pledge to Football League clubs by offering supporters the chance to save seven per cent on their energy bills and earn a £45 Club Shop voucher through the Football Saver initiative.
npower marketing director, Kevin Peake, said: "We wanted a fresh design that reflected our excitement about becoming new League sponsors and also the prestige of winning either The Championship, League 1 and League 2. We think these new trophies do exactly that and we wish all the teams and fans the best of luck for the season ahead."
Saturday's game against Hartlepool sees the Dons trying to maintain their 100 per cent home record during the new season, having seen off both Premier League Blackpool and League 1 rivals Swindon Town on their own patch last week.
Tickets for the game are subject to GRADE C prices, though supporters can take advantage of a fantastic reader offer with MK News - offering two adult tickets for £9.50.
