Due to the severe weather conditions affecting most of the country the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association has cancelled the fundraising firewalk event that was to take place at the Milton Keynes Stadium on Saturday 16th January.

The Association is deeply sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and for the disappointment of all those who were due to attend. Many participants were travelling to take part in the event from across the country; therefore the charity felt that in order to ensure the safety and comfort of all involved that the best decision was to cancel.

All firewalkers and spectators who were due to brave the hot coals this Saturday can register for the next firewalking event that is due to take place on Saturday 27th March at Northampton Cricket Club.
