MK Dons will travel to Hereford United in the area semi-finals of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy following Saturday morning's draw.

The Dons were handed a tie against the Bulls at Edgar Street on Saturday's Soccer AM show on Sky Sports 1.

Paul Ince's side managed to avoid the two other League 1 clubs in the southern half of the draw, with Southampton to host Norwich City in the other semi-final tie.

The northern section of the draw has seen Bradford City paired with Carlisle United, while Leeds United will go up against Accrington Stanley.

Ties to be played week beginning Monday 14th December.
