New MK Dons manager Paul Ince was introduced to the media at stadiummk on Monday afternoon, as the former England captain begins his second spell in charge of the Club.

Charming as ever, the 41-year-old former Blackburn Rovers boss reacquainted himself with some familiar faces from the local and national media and spoke of his ambition to take the Club forward.

Having secured the League 2 title and the Johnstone's Paint Trophy in his previous spell with the Club, Dons fans will be hugely excited about Chairman Pete Winkelman's decision to bring Ince back following Roberto Di Matteo's departure last week.

And Ince told the press he was looking forward to making his mark all over again.

He said: "I had a fantastic year at Milton Keynes, I had a great time, and once I sat down with the Chairman and saw his face for the first time in a year there was only one decision for me.

"I always followed the Dons after I left, I had some special times here and I hope to have some more now I'm back.

"First of all we need to get a team together - staff-wise and player-wise. I want to bring in a couple of members of staff and four or five players so I've got to knuckle down and get that sorted."

More from Paul Ince's first press conference is coming soon on Dons World and mkdons.com.
