Mikey Burrows presents live, full-match commentary of Dons matches every Saturday on Horizon Radio, or you can hear every single game on Dons World.
Have you ever had the feeling lady luck is smiling on you?
So far this week I've been named employee of the month, won a holiday with a workmate, found a tenner in the pocket of a coat I haven't worn since last year, and my names been pulled out of the hat twice to open the office advent calendar.
Given this incredible week I'm buying a lottery ticket for the Euromillions this Friday.
Though how I'll check the numbers at what will surely be a near Antarctic Brighton I don't know.
As far as temperatures go I'm more into Balti than Baltic. I've got to be honest, I'd much rather be enjoying a Friday night curry with a few beers than the long trip to the south coast.
I know that sounds terrible, but given my recent run of luck I reckon there's more chance of a page 3 glamour model popping in to "Café Balti" than the Withdean.
Although maybe it's for the best, as far as my current lady friend is concerned there's only room for one mistress in my life, and that's the Dons.
I see the Dons every weekend, sometimes we go away together. The Dons don't nag me, they don't ask if I've been thinking of them. We both know how our relationship works and it's wonderful.
I haven't actually told the possible future Mrs Burrows about Friday yet, mainly because it'll mean I'll have to mention Boxing Day.
I wonder if other supporters have faced similar discussions with their partners. Certainly it's this time of year when loyalty between club and family is stretched to the limit.
That's why I thought it was such a positive move from the club to offer ticket promotions for the Scunthorpe game. Such a pity the swelled crowd didn't see a Dons win.
Which brings me back to luck, Dons had it in abundance up at Hartlepool, yet it seemed to desert Roberto's boys last weekend. It's such a fine line at this level of the game, sometimes it comes down to inches.
One inch higher and Scunthorpe's opener hits the bar and rebounds, I honestly believe we were the most likely to win that game, the goal was a kick in the teeth.
But the future looks bright, Scunthorpe was a big test and Dons can take a lot of positives, not least the introduction of my new favourite player Tore Andre Flo (he told me he listens to Horizon).
So here's hoping my lucky streak continues. If I suddenly disappear off Dons World on Friday just assume I have indeed won the Euromillions.
And no, I won't lend you any money.
