Dons defender Shaun Cummings will face a one-match ban following his dismissal in Tuesday night's League 1 fixture at Leyton Orient.

The on-loan Chelsea full-back was shown a straight red card by referee Clive Penton after 50 minutes of the Dons' 2-1 win for a foul on Orient substitute Sean Thornton in the penalty area.

The offence was deemed to be the deliberate denial of an obvious goalscoring opportunity, which carries a mandatory suspension of one game.

Following the Club's decision not to appeal, Shaun's ban will rule him out of Saturday's League 1 game against Tranmere Rovers at stadiummk.
