The MK Dons Box Office is now accepting applications for Club Dons membership for the 2009/10 season.
Supporters can apply to become a member online by clicking here and going to the "Create a New Account" link in the left-hand column or by submitting a downloadable 09-10 Club Dons Application Form to the MK Dons Box Office.

Following consultation with existing fans, the Club has designed both adult and junior memberships that will provide some fantastic benefits for the 2009/10 season.
As well as discounts on tickets for both A and B grade fixtures, Club Dons member benefits (adults) will include priority access after season ticket holders to tickets for games with limited allocations and exclusive access to the brand new 17-21-year-old ticket price.
Young Dons meanwhile, will get a whole host of unique benefits including discounts on tickets, Birthday and Christmas cards, special rates for MK Dons SET courses and free admission to special Young Dons events throughout the season.
Memberships are a great, cost-effective way to show your association with the Dons and a great way to save money on match tickets at stadiummk.
CLUB DONS
The Club Dons membership costs just £15 for the season, but our special introductory offer means you can save £5 by signing up before 31st August. If you're not able to commit to a season ticket, it's the next best way to ensure you get top value at MK Dons home games.
Club Dons benefits include:
- MK Dons membership card
- £2 discount on all A and B grade Football League games when booked in advance of matchday.
- No credit card charges on match tickets for MK Dons home Football League and Cup games.
- No booking fee and no online transaction charges on match tickets.
- Priority after season ticket holders on restricted allocation games.
- 17-21-year-olds matchday concession prices exclusive to Club Dons members.
- Monthly members' e-newsletter with exclusive offers from selected Club partners.
YOUNG DONS
The brand new membership scheme for Under-16s is open to individuals, schools, junior football teams and other youth organisations.
Packed full of exciting offers and special deals and priced just £5 for the whole season, it's a great way to show your support for the Dons and become involved with your favourite football team.
Young Dons members will receive all the following benefits:
- Membership card in a special lanyard.
- Member's certificate sent electronically.
- Birthday card sent electronically.
- Christmas card sent electronically.
- Monthly e-newsletters with vouchers from selected third parties and other Club partners.
- Monthly draw to be a matchday mascot.
- £1 discount on all A and B Grade Football League games when booked in advance of matchday.
