Milton Keynes Dons Football Club and the Supporters Association hope that the following information will be of use to all disabled supporters. We strive to supply the best facilities to both our home and visiting supporters to make their visit to stadiummk as memorable as possible.
TICKETS
All level-access disabled seating is in Row EE and is situated on the concourse level of the stadium in both home and away areas of the ground. For information, seating within the stands starts from Row A at the front to Row DD at the back.

A ticket may be provided at no additional charge for an accompanying carer, where applicable, subject to carer status.
PARKING AND ACCESS:
Seasonal parking permits have been allocated to 153 disabled season ticket holders and over 50 parking spaces are made available specifically for disabled supporters on a match-by-match basis. These are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Every effort will be made to accommodate as many disabled drivers as possible on the day.
Most accessible parking spaces are within 30 metres of the entry gates. Away supporters will enter the stadium via Gate 3.
Parking is Free of Charge for Blue Badge holders. Please have your Blue Badge available for inspection on entrance to the ground.
DIRECTIONS TO STADIUMMK
SOUTH-BOUND M1: Exit the motorway at Junction 14 and turn right at the roundabout at the top of the exit slip road towards Milton Keynes.
NORTH-BOUND M1: Exit the motorway at Junction 14 and take the left-hand filter lane towards Milton Keynes.
Continue straight over the roundabout (Northfield) on H6 Childs Way. At the next roundabout (Fox Milne) turn left onto V11 Tongwell Street. Continue straight over next roundabout (Monkston) along the V11 Tongwell Street. At the next roundabout (Brinklow) turn right along the H8 Standing Way (A421). Continue on the H8 Standing Way (A421) following signs for Buckingham continuing over a number of roundabouts, on reaching the Bleak Hall roundabout turn left onto the V6 Grafton Street and follow signs for the stadium.
Vehicles traveling from other areas should follow the brown football signs which are located on all main approaches to the area.
The stadium can also be accessed easily from the northbound A5 running from Dunstable. Exit the road signposted Central Bletchley and take the first exit off Redmoor Roundabout. The stadium turning is on the left.
Away supporters should follow the brown signs for Football Coaches and enter the stadium site via the Saxon Street entrance (between KFC and McDonalds) which is the most convenient for Gate 3.
ALL Drivers please note: The parking attendants will always do their best to accommodate any specific requests you may have, but parking on site is limited.Threatening or abusive language directed towards any Club staff member will not be tolerated and you may be refused entry to the car park/stadium.
Satellite Navigation system users should use the postcode MK1 1QB (the nearby ASDA site).
CATERING:
All concession points inside the stadium have wheelchair friendly counter areas. They serve hot dogs, burgers, pies, hot and cold drinks, crisps, sweets, etc.
TOILETS:
There are numerous dedicated disabled toilet facilities around the concourse, four of which are located in the away supporters section.
SEATING AND FACILITIES
Wheelchair users:
There are dedicated spaces for 164 wheelchair users in Row EE on concourse level in all areas of the stadium (minimum 14 in the away supporter area), with an adjoining seat for a carer, if required. The number of wheelchair spaces can be increased if necessary with the flexible seating system that is installed in the stadium.
Visually Impaired:
The Soccer Sight commentary system is available for use by visually impaired supporters within the stadium, and headsets should be booked by contacting the Box Office 01908 622900. There are a limited number of headsets available on this system, so they will be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. The commentary is kindly provided by specially-trained commentators from the Milton Keynes Hospital Radio team. This facility is provided free of charge.
Hearing Impaired:
An induction loop is available for the hearing impaired supporters inside the stadium. However, the technology involved means that, at present, this facility is unavailable in the North End of the stadium, which includes the away supporters section. Hearing aids should be turned to the "T" position.
Ambulant/other:
There is a minimum of 200 seats available (55 in the away supporters' area) for those disabled supporters requiring level access in Row EE on the concourse level.
Emergency use Wheelchairs:
There are a number of wheelchairs at the stadium for one-off use in emergencies. These are provided free of charge and can be booked by calling the Box Office 01908 622900.
