CONFERENCE AND EVENT FACILITIES

Posted on: Thu 12 Jan 2012

At Doubletree by HIlton Milton Keynes we have 15 purpose-built rooms for meetings, conferences, exhibitions and special events, plus several breakout and reception areas, along with 12 dedicated syndicate rooms. Our largest room, the Clydesdale Bank Ballroom, will comfortably seat 1,000 delegates in theatre-style or 700 for a dinner  and can be divided into three smaller rooms using folding acoustic screens. Some of our smaller rooms have the luxury of a pitch view offering inspiration for any event. Our brand new stadium also benefits from 360 degree covered concourse areas which make unique areas for events.

And there's more. Coming soon is The Arena - a purpose-built 3,000 square-meter ground level indoor arena and exhibition centre. That's 3,000 useable and clear square meters, with further space available for reception areas, storage and catering.

Our conference and event facilities have one dedicated entrance clearly sign-posted from the free, on site car park with 1,800 spaces.  Organisers, delegates and residents also have access to our Business Centre, great for any last minute bits and pieces.
