Sam Baldock v Palace academy

Milton Keynes Dons U18s produced a gutsy and committed second half performance to come back from a 2-0 half-time deficit and beat Crystal Palace 3-2 in South London.
With Eagles boss Iain Dowie watching from the sidelines, Palace dominated the opening half and it took two good stops from Robert Webb to keep them out in the opening stages.
The Dons had their moments, Sam Page heading across goal from Adam Moriarty's corner and Dean Lovegrove firing a rising drive over the bar.
Palace took a deserved lead on 38 minutes when a corner from the right was headed at goal and squeezed between Sam Collins and the far post.
And that lead was doubled two minutes later with a good goal, the Palace striker turning his marker and slotting his partner through to beat Webb.
Mike Dove re-organised his troops at the interval and the response was a brilliant showing after the break.
On 51 minutes the deficit was halved when Dean Lovegrove fired in an angled drive which the Eagles keeper could only parry into the path of Adam Moriarty for a close range finish.

Just four minutes later and the scores were level, Jamie England rifling in a left footed effort which the keeper got a fingertip to, but could not keep out of the top of the net.
The Dons continued to look the more dynamic of the sides, Ross Morley having a free-kick turned wide and at the other end Rob Webb making another good diving save.
Adam Moriarty had a 25-yarder tipped wide of the post on 71 minutes and Jamie England was denied twice by the Palace keeper.
And the Dons winner came in the last minute when Sam Baldock picked up the ball with his back to goal just outside the box, turned and smacked in a left footer which fizzed into the bottom corner of the goal.
