Simon Church scored on his debut for Aberdeen, a goal which proved to be decisive in their 2-1 win over Celtic.
The result pulls the Dons to within three points of Scottish Premiership leaders Celtic, with 24 games gone. They travel to fifth-placed St. Johnstone on Saturday, knowing another victory would see them move level at the top of the table.

Also this Saturday, Lee Hodson will be looking to make his debut for Kilmarnock when they visit the Ibrox to meet Rangers in the fifth round of the Scottish Cup.
Hodson, like Church, made a Deadline Day switch to Scotland and will be eager to get going right away and have a similar impact to his Dons teammate.
Meanwhile, back in England, Harry Hickford could be involved for Dagenham & Redbridge on Saturday when they face Cambridge United while Charlie Burns will be out to build on his impressive Hayes and Yeading debut as they host Margate.
